If dinosaurs got extinct so many years ago, how do we know that they even existed?

Scientists have found body parts or remains of dinosaurs buried under the Earth. They have dug up parts such as bones, teeth, claws, etc from many places around the world. Sometimes they are able to dig a complete dinosaur body. These remains are called Fossils. Scientists have an amazing ability to study these fossils, do chemical tests on them, and come up with new information. This information tells us what they ate and how they might have looked like. Though all this information may not always be correct as we don’t have a real dinosaur to compare, but we get to know quite a bit about dinosaurs from these fossils.
